Working out is the most important part of keeping physically and mentally fit. Here are some step by step explanations of what exercises you can do to achieve your ideal body. These exercises only take 20 minutes out of your day! START TO SEE RESULTS IN UNDER 3 WEEKS!

Whilst exercising it is so important to keep hydrated so that your body isn't straining to keep up with the exercises you are doing. 

Feet slightly apart wider than your hips. Toes pointed forward, slowing bend your knees slightly bending your knees and sticking your hips and bum out. Then slowing rise up and repeat 20-40 times.

Lying on your back face to the ceiling. place your chin on your chest and rise your shoulders up towards the ceiling then relax back down. Repeat this 20- 40 times

Place your elbows on the floor with your hand flat palms down on the floor. Place your legs out behind you rising your bum up keeping your stomach muscels still. Hold for 20- 40 seconds

Place your hands flat on the floor with your elbows locked and your hips in the air and your back straight. Bring the right leg up towards your chest then switch between legs. The faster you go the more fat you will burn. Repeat up to 20-40 seconds

Sit ups are very similar to crunches, however you need to sit all the way up having your back straight with your face facing forward. Repeat this 20-40 times. 

It is so important to cool down after so no muscles are stretched. Lye on your back with your head facing the ceiling raise your arms up above your head and breather in and out slowly. Repeat this 20-40 times.
